Chris is a 5th generation Broker as his Great-Great-Grandfather was Sol Needles. Chris graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 with a double major in Marketing and Management and worked as a District Manager for Aldi Foods, opening up the chain's first 10 stores in the Atlanta Metro area before moving back home in 2004 to get into the family business. He has been selling Real Estate ever since and obtained his Brokers license in 2019. In addition to being a recipient of the Circle of Excellence award virtually every year since 2004, Chris has served as the Cape May County Association of Realtors Golf Committee Chairman, and Professional Standards Chairman, and was the Association's President in 2020 as well as 2021. He was also awarded the 2020 Realtor of the Year by the Association. Chris is intricately involved in the Community as a member of several societies and Boards.
