We want to be sure you are aware of the terrific help we received from one of your staff.  Sometime during the week of June 12, we had a bad problem with a new dryer which had us both upset and were late for a dinner reservation, so were hurrying to leave the condo when just after closing the door we realized we had no keys or phones with us and were locked out.  A kind neighbor we ran into in the garage let us use his phone, but it was after 5:00 PM so the management co. [WKR] was closed. I remembered that not long after we bought the condo you rescued us from a similar situation, so called your office.  A young man named Mike was on call for you and met us at the office where he found you still had kept a key to our place.  He made us duplicate keys on the spot and saved us from having to make an unplanned 3-hour drive home.  Chris has been the most professional realtor I have ever dealt with! 12 yrs. ago Lynn sold us our vacation condo that we eventually sold last month. We also began renting our Unit 3 yrs ago, using the Rental Management service, which we found very satisfactory.
